In simple terms this ensures demand will continue to out-strip supply. Mallorca is an international destination with demand from all parts of the world. This means demand is not reliant on the economy of any one country or region. Mallora has one of the best connected airports in Europe and is easily accessible from anywhere in the world. Once there the road network is excellent and public transport is good, most parts of the Island can be reached within an hour from Palma airport. Mallorca's capital, Palma City, is one of the most stylish and cosmopolitan in Europe, with great variety, culture and entertainment. The Old Town area is a prime investment territory and there are other areas such as Santa Catalina which are very interesting too.
